Internal Politics:

• Pets are not allowed in any of the hotel areas.
• The rooms are for use in single or double occupancy. (One Bed, you can request an additional bed with cost)
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or restaurant. In case of incurring this notice, there will be a charge for cleaning the area.
• Professional photo or video sessions are not allowed.
• The intake of food or drinks is not allowed in common areas of the hotel.
• Check in: 15:00 Hrs. Check out: 11:00 Hrs. Early check in and Late check out, Subject to Availability.
• Payments: Cash, Visa, Master Card and American Express cards. Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation Policies:

• Cancellations will be free of charge for our clients as long as they are made 72 Hrs. before your arrival, taking as a reference the Check In time at 15:00 Hrs. (DOES NOT APPLY ON HOLIDAYS).
• To cancel reservations on Holidays it must be done fifteen days in advance.
• If the client does not cancel the reservation in the times indicated according to the previous points, a charge will be made for the total of one night of her stay including taxes, which will not be refundable.
• If the client does not show up on the day of arrival, the charge will be made for the entire night with taxes included and their reservation will be marked as "No-Show".
• Early departures to the date already established will have the penalty of the total of your stay.
• In case of not showing up for your reservation on the established date, the charge made cannot be recovered.

Policies in Promotions:

• In case of participating in some of our promotions, the reservation obtained will not be refundable or cancellable, you can only tour your reservation as long as it is given fifteen days' notice.
